Jenny, an Irish lass originally from Dublin, had been travelling for a few years prior to arriving in Vava'u.
A mechanical engineer by trade, she's now hooked up with Ben & Lisa and is putting her skills to use in the islands of Vava'u.
When she's not playing Scrabble and Party Poker she's a dynamo in the kitchen. Boasting a healthier tan than anyone back at home, she's given up living in Ireland for the moment, much to her mom's dismay, to live among the tropical islands and palm trees of Vava'u!
